A trauma informed space for the human who is experiencing what feels like “stuckness” in a particular area of life

a space to reattune to the rhythm of your own pace + energy for the human who has found their flow but has temporarily lost connection to it.

We’ll drop-in for 60 minutes, working with Somatic Experiencing, inquiry and energetic practices to anchor you in the ground of your inner authority – your always available Source and Resource.

We're not here to fix anything. Simply to bring you back to the truth of your essence through Self tending and Self relating.

The session can be recorded if you like and audio + video replays will be sent to you afterwards.
